Location - Mumbai, Bangalore and Pune

Experience – 3-6 years

Role Summary: 


Data Analysis & Gap Analysis

  • • Conduct detailed gap analyses of trading data from various source systems
  • • Identify discrepancies and analyze data attributes between multiple systems
  • • Develop and maintain automated gap reporting using Python and SQL

Python Development & Automation

  • • Build and maintain Python scripts for data extraction, transformation, and analysis

**** Reporting & Visualization****

  • • Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders

**** Project Management Tasks****

  • • Meet with stakeholders from upstream and downstream systems to ascertain logic to be implemented where required, and record notes of meetings to PMO standards

Technical Skills

  • • Python Programming: Advanced proficiency in Python with experience in pandas
  • • Database Management: Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation
  • • Data Visualization: Experience with Power BI, or Python visualization libraries

Banking & Finance Knowledge

  • o 3-5 years of experience in banking data analysis and problem solving
  • o Understanding of collateral management principles and regulatory requirements beneficial

Analytical Skills

  • • Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
  • • Experience conducting gap analyses and process improvement initiatives
  • • Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
  • • Project management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities
