About Madrivo
Madrivo is a premier performance marketing agency that helps world-class brands acquire customers at scale. We don’t deal in hype; we deal in high-intent, measurable results. Specializing in high-growth verticals like Insurance, Finance, Home Services, and Subscription-based models, we leverage exclusive media and data-driven strategies to deliver exceptional ROAS for our brand partners.

We are entering a phase of rapid expansion and are looking for a high-octane Business Development Account Executive to join our "Rainmaker" squad.

The Mission (What This Role Is)
This is a hands-on, full-cycle sales role for a hunter who loves the thrill of the close. You will be the architect of your own success—identifying, pitching, and closing new advertisers from the first point of contact to the final signature.
At Madrivo, we play the long game and the short game simultaneously. A primary focus of this role is the strategic targeting and closing of Enterprise clients. You will be responsible for navigating complex organizational structures to land high-value "whales," while maintaining consistent momentum by closing mid-size and tactical deals. This role is built for a self-starter who is comfortable with high-volume prospecting and obsessed with owning their results.

Note: This is an individual contributor role. We aren't looking for a "manager"; we are looking for a closer.

The Outcomes (What Success Looks Like)

  • Year 1: Secure $800,000 in Gross Profit from newly closed accounts.
  • Year 2: Scale your book to deliver $1.6 Million in Gross Profit.
  • Enterprise Acquisition: Build a robust portfolio of marquee Enterprise brands that provide long-term stability and high-volume scale.
  • Pipeline Velocity: Maintain a sophisticated, healthy pipeline that balances long-term enterprise contracts with fast-moving tactical wins.
  • Retention & Growth: Onboard high-intent advertisers who scale their spend month-over-month based on the quality of the results you promised.

What You Will Do

  • Target Enterprise Brands: Strategically identify and penetrate large-scale Enterprise organizations within our core verticals.
  • Master the Outreach: Own your own outreach engine—executing high-touch email, call, and meeting sequences that cut through the noise of the corporate C-suite.
  • Solve, Don't Just Sell: Lead discovery calls to deeply understand Enterprise pain points and align Madrivo’s unique media inventory with their massive customer acquisition goals.
  • Pitch with Integrity: Deliver clear, honest, and high-impact pitches that emphasize results over fluff.
  • Negotiate & Close: Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations to bring large-scale deals across the finish line.
  • Collaborate: Work seamlessly with internal operations and media teams to ensure new clients go live successfully and exceed initial expectations.
  • Be Present: Represent Madrivo at major industry conferences and in-person client meetings to cement relationships.

The Competencies (What We Are Looking For)

  • Proven Track Record: You have successfully sold B2B products or services and have a demonstrated ability to close Enterprise-level accounts.
  • Executive Presence: You are comfortable and persuasive when speaking with senior marketing leaders and VPs of Acquisition at Fortune 500 companies.
  • Relentless Persistence: You have the follow-through of a world-class recruiter. You understand that Enterprise deals require patience, strategy, and constant nurturing.
  • Strategic Autonomy: You are highly organized and can build your own schedule, stay on top of your CRM, and work independently without hand-holding.
  • GSD Mindset: You are willing to prospect every day. You figure things out, adapt to market shifts, and keep moving.
  • Bonus Points: Existing relationships in the performance marketing, lead generation, or digital advertising space are a significant plus.

Why Madrivo?

  • Incentive-Heavy Compensation: Competitive base salary plus a commission structure designed for high earners.
  • Ownership: Real ownership of your deals. We value performance over titles and "time in seat."
  • Flexibility: Work from anywhere in the US while enjoying the high-energy travel that comes with industry conferences.
  • Scale: Access to the best technology, creative assets, and exclusive media in the business to help you win deals.
  • Growth: For consistent performers, there is a clear path to leadership opportunities as our sales organization continues to scale.

If you are an Enterprise hunter who wants to be judged on your results and rewarded for your impact, apply today.
