About The CurEnt Group

The CurEnt Group is a luxury experience company with offices in Los Angeles and London. We work across sports, music, fashion, travel, art, and culture, building access and experiences for ultra-high-net-worth private clients and corporate partners around the world. Our client roster includes global financial institutions, entertainment companies, and blue-chip brands.

We are a founder-led company in a high-growth phase, and this hire is central to that next chapter. The Director of Business Development will own our commercial expansion, building the corporate partnership engine that drives the next stage of TCG's growth.

The Role

This is a senior, ownership-level position. You will identify, develop, and close corporate partnerships, working directly with company leadership to build a scalable BD function. You are not supporting someone else's pipeline. You are building and owning yours.

What You'll Own

Corporate Partnership Development

  • Identify and pursue new corporate partnership opportunities across TCG's verticals
  • Own the full sales cycle from first conversation to signed agreement
  • Lead negotiation and deal structure with confidence and discretion
  • Build relationships with decision-makers at brands, agencies, and corporations

Pipeline & Process

  • Build and manage a disciplined BD pipeline with clear visibility and forward momentum
  • Develop repeatable partnership structures that scale domestically and internationally
  • Work closely with the Head of Sales to ensure partnerships convert into executable revenue

Market Presence

  • Represent TCG at industry events and in high-level client environments
  • Identify emerging partnership opportunities through relationships and market intelligence
  • Operate as a credible, senior face of the company in commercial conversations

What Success Looks Like

  • Signed corporate partnerships generating meaningful new revenue
  • A functioning, visible BD pipeline with momentum and accountability
  • Repeatable deal structures that the broader team can execute against
  • Defined revenue milestones met in year one and beyond

Who You Are

  • 6-10 years of experience in business development, partnerships, luxury hospitality, experiential marketing, sports/entertainment, or a closely related field
  • You have existing relationships in corporate, brand, or UHNW environments and know how to activate them
  • You close deals. You don't just build relationships and wait
  • Polished, confident, and credible in high-level rooms
  • Organized and disciplined, you run a tight pipeline and follow through
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the maturity to operate within a founder-led company

Compensation & Benefits

  • $110,000 base salary
  • Performance bonus tied to partnership revenue
  • Medical insurance
  • Based in our Beverly Hills office, hybrid flexibility
