Business Development Executive – Brand Partnerships

We're looking for a Business Development Executive to pioneer how global brands and innovative challengers unlock the creative potential of AI. You'll be the bridge between Luma's cutting-edge technology and the world's most creative marketers, helping them reimagine everything from initial ideation to final production.

• Meeting with a luxury fashion brand's creative director to explore AI-powered campaign concepts

• Structuring a strategic partnership with a major agency to integrate Dream Machine into their creative workflows

• Collaborating with our product team to understand how a beauty brand's feedback could shape our next features

• Presenting at a marketing conference about the future of AI in brand storytelling

• Negotiating a multi-year partnership deal that unlocks new revenue streams

• Working with our research team to demonstrate emerging capabilities to forward-thinking CMOs

• Building relationships with creative agencies who are hungry to experiment with AI

• 7+ years of experience in brand partnerships, innovation, or creative business development

• You've closed deals that matter—strategic partnerships that moved the needle for both sides

• Strong understanding of content production workflows, from concept to campaign launch

• Experience working with brands in fashion, lifestyle, or adjacent creative industries is a major plus

• You're comfortable being an educator and evangelist for emerging technologies

• Track record of building relationships with C-suite executives and creative leaders

• Self-starter mentality with exceptional organizational and communication skills

• You get energized by explaining complex technology in simple, compelling ways

• You've worked at an early-stage startup and loved the pace and ambiguity

• You have experience in e-commerce creative and understand the business ecosystem
