Position Title: Business Development Executive – Product Sales

Location: Remote with periodic travel to customer and company sites

Summary

T2S Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Executive with extensive experience in Product Sales to join our team Growth Team. This role will lead new business identification and capture for our growing line of electronics products. The successful candidate will drive engagement with U.S. Department of Defense organizations and major space prime contractors to expand T2S’s role as a trusted component supplier for next-generation RF and optical payloads, subsystems, and integrated space architectures.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and capture new business opportunities across the defense and national security space sectors
  • Build and maintain relationships with program managers, engineering leads, and procurement officials at both government agencies and prime contractors
  • Develop and execute pursuit strategies aligned with company growth objectives in product sales and technology transition
  • Translate complex technical requirements into clear value propositions for T2S component offerings
  • Coordinate with internal engineering, product management, and capture teams to ensure technical and proposal alignment
  • Track market trends, budgets, and customer priorities to inform product development and strategic planning
  • Represent T2S at industry events, customer meetings, and technical exchanges

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in engineering, physics, or related technical discipline and a minimum 15 years of experience in business development, capture, or technical leadership roles in space electronics (Compute, RF, and optical domains). Advanced degree or equivalent combination of technical and business education
  • Demonstrated success developing and capturing new business with major space prime contractors and DoD customers
  • Deep understanding of component and subsystem technologies for space applications, including power, communication, sensing, processing, and payload integration
  • Proven ability to work across technical and business teams to align customer needs with innovative product solutions
  • Strong communication skills and executive presence suitable for engagement with senior government and industry stakeholders
  • Experience transitioning advanced component technologies into prime contractor programs of record
  • Familiarity with DoD and IC acquisition processes, technology readiness assessments, and export control requirements
  • Active or current Top Secret clearance (or ability to obtain)
