The Business Development Knowledge Management candidate will support the business growth team by driving employee adoption, engagement, and organizational readiness for key business growth initiatives through effective management of proposal artifacts, other knowledge assets, communications, and training enablement. This role bridges people, processes, and technology to ensure business development and growth professionals have the knowledge, resources, and support necessary to successfully execute their roles and adopt new tools and ways of working.

Determines the most effective platforms for sharing information and communications across the enterprise. Collects and integrates content from departments and functions within the Growth organization and provides ongoing content updates on knowledge management portals or sites. Ensures proposal teams, capture managers, and BD professionals can quickly access past proposals, templates, lessons learned, strategy documents, training materials, and other resources needed to win new work. Maintains documents, user ids, sites, and tools on appropriate networks or other platforms such as SharePoint and AI. Presents education and training to end users on front end knowledge management system, reports, tools, and associated Growth model processes.

The successful candidate will collaborate with teams of senior professionals across a fast-paced, global enterprise to support Growth enablement efforts, drive organizational change initiatives, coordinate training programs, develop communications strategies, and measure adoption and engagement outcomes. This is a US remote-telework role, US Citizenship is required.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Knowledge Management & Organizational Effectiveness:

  • Support development and maintenance of knowledge-sharing resources and Growth content.
  • Assist with development of processes, guidance, and documentation supporting enterprise Growth initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness through knowledge sharing and employee enablement. Promote best practices that improve information accessibility and collaboration.
  • Knowledge Management of Business Development and Proposal Artifacts.
  • Knowledge Management tools including SharePoint, AI, and other platforms.
  • Project Management, experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) and Technology Adoption.

Training & Learning Enablement:

  • Manage the coordination and execution of Growth training programs. Partner with subject matter experts to develop learning materials and supporting resources.
  • Facilitate Training logistics and learner engagement activities for live in-person and virtual sessions. Monitor participation, effectiveness, and learner feedback metrics.
  • Support continuous improvement of learning and development programs.
  • Learning curriculum development, training coordination and facilitation.

Communications & Employee Engagement:

  • Develop and distribute communications supporting Growth initiatives and programs. Translate complex concepts into clear, employee-friendly communications.
  • Create awareness campaigns that promote employee participation and engagement.
  • Partner with leadership teams to ensure consistent messaging across the organization.
  • Employee Communications.

Technology Adoption & Innovation Initiatives:

  • Support implementation and adoption of emerging tools and process improvements. Develop user onboarding resources, guidance documentation, and communication materials. Monitor adoption metrics and user feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, and end users throughout pilot and rollout activities. Support governance and process development associated with initiatives.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Typically, 5+ years of relevant experience with Bachelor's degree; 3+ years of relevant experience with Master’s degree.

  • Business Development Growth Process Knowledge.
  • Knowledge Management of Business Development and Proposal Artifacts.
  • Knowledge Management tools including SharePoint, AI, and other platforms.
  • Learning curriculum development, training coordination and facilitation.
  • Project Management, experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) and Technology Adoption.
  • US Citizenship is required to apply.
