JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Manages and coordinates on an industry basis with UL Solutions customers over all related industries.
  • Position works on strategies with global accounts, sales managers, and other functions to generate revenue growth and achieve bookings goals.
  • Responds effectively to urgent and sensitive customer issues.
  • Develops and coordinates executive presentations and de-briefings.
  • Assists industry leadership in the development of global account strategies, goals and plans.
  • Focuses on customer satisfaction, account growth and expansion of services provided, and sustaining customer loyalty for a group of key customers.
  • May provide work direction to other employees in charge of specific customer accounts.
  • Read and follow the UL Solutions Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
  • Performs other duties as directed.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Grow the revenue and profitability of Consumer and Information Technology business.
  • Collaborate within UL Solutions global teams, customers, and stakeholders to achieve business outcomes.
  • Expected to travel 10-25% of the time, may include international travel.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Advanced University Degree (Bachelors degree or higher) in Business, Engineering or a related disciplines plus generally eight or more years of experience in product manufacturing and/or TIC services.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate, acquire and manage high value customer accounts.
  • Demonstrated ability for public speaking.
  • Ability to sell at the highest level with a compelling value-add strategy approach.
  • Detailed understanding of the applicable industry product lines and target markets.
  • Knowledge or previous experiences evaluating and testing to IEC/UL 62368-1, UL 2849, UL 2271, functional safety, product/component safety, or similar standards.
  • Knowledge or previous experiences evaluating and testing to AI, Cybersecurity, or other software safety standards.
