About N3XT

N3XT is a Wyoming-chartered Special Purpose Depository Institution (SPDI). We are a new, innovative bank designed to serve as the premier settlement and banking infrastructure bridging traditional capital markets and public blockchain rails. Backed by elite institutional investors including Paradigm, HACK VC, Winklevoss Capital, and Pharsalus, we provide institutional-grade security, execution velocity, and total transparency for global B2B clients, trading desks, market makers, shipping & logistics firms—those operating in a globally connected world.

About the Role

Growth at N3XT is driven by market structure design, deep network effects, and high-value institutional execution. The Commercial team is responsible for introducing narrow banking and frictionless fiat-to-digital settlement to rapid-growth cross-border corridors across the Americas.

We are seeking a strategically minded, commercially driven Senior Business Development Manager to architect and execute our expansion across Latin American (LAC) and broader Americas commercial corridors.

Reporting directly to the Head of Commercial & Growth, you will lead high-stakes deal origination and regional market coverage. You will operate at the intersection of US banking rails, Latam cross-border liquidity flows, foreign exchange friction, and digital asset markets—engaging CFOs, Treasurers, regional fintech executives, and cross-border enterprise leads to position N3XT as the primary banking and settlement partner across the region.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Latam & Regional Market Architecture: Spearhead N3XT’s Latin American commercial strategy, navigating complex cross-border trade corridors, foreign exchange friction, and capital flows between US dollar infrastructure and Latam markets.
  • Cross-Border Origination & Structuring: Lead end-to-end deal cycles with mid-tier and enterprise market participants, including regional neobanks, cross-border payment processors, shipping & logistics firms, regional OTC desks, and high-volume liquidity providers.
  • C-Suite Advisory & Treasury Solutions: Partner with client CFOs, Treasurers, and Heads of Payments to architect bespoke banking setups that optimize pre-funding requirements, accelerate fiat-crypto settlement cycles, and eliminate cross-border friction.
  • Ecosystem Alliances & Regional Expansion: Scale N3XT’s referral ecosystem ("Meet me @ N3XT"), embedding our full-reserve banking rails into regional custody networks, local exchanges, and trading counterparty platforms.
  • Strategic Event & Industry Representation: Represent N3XT as a regional subject matter expert at premier Americas fintech, FX, trade, and digital asset summits—driving C-level bilateral meetings and keynotes.
  • Commercial Strategy & Pipeline Governance: Own revenue, deposit, and transaction volume KPIs across target Americas corridors.
What You’ll Need
  • 5–8+ years of commercial experience in Business Development/Sales across Cross-Border Payments, FX, Regional Fintech, or Institutional Digital Assets targeting Latin America or the Americas.
  • Language Requirement: Professional or executive-level fluency in Spanish OR Portuguese is required (fluency in both is ideal).
  • Latam Market & FX Expertise: Deep understanding of regional cross-border trade corridors, foreign exchange mechanics, settlement friction, and dollarization liquidity flows between the US and Latin America.
  • Digital Asset & Stablecoin Fluency: Sophisticated understanding of stablecoins as cross-border settlement rails, fiat-crypto ramp mechanics, and regional crypto/CeFi ecosystem players.
  • Proven Track Record of Deal Origination: Demonstrated history of independently prospecting, structuring, and closing complex, multi-jurisdictional financial services accounts.
Nice to Have
  • Executive-level fluency in both Spanish and Portuguese.
  • An established network of C-level decision-makers across Latam TradFi, regional liquidity providers, OTC desks, exchanges, and high-volume cross-border enterprise fintechs.
  • Direct experience navigating institutional onboarding, complex KYB/AML requirements, and multi-jurisdictional banking regulations across Latin American markets.
  • Experience executing "land and expand" programs or account-based marketing (ABM) targeting high-net-volume accounts.
Core Values: Who We Are
  • Get It Done: We deliver on our commitments, meet deadlines, and take complete accountability to achieve our goals.
  • Never Settle: We pursue excellence through continuous improvement, constantly elevating client experience, security, and personal growth.
  • Integrity Over Ease: We operate with radical transparency, honesty, and respect—doing what is right for our clients, team, and stakeholders, even when it is hard.
