Company Overview

Atlas Oracle (www.atlasoracle.io) is a premier on-chain oracle infrastructure provider affiliated with CoinMarketCap (CMC). We bridge the gap between real-world data and smart contracts by providing highly configurable, secure, and reliable data feeds. Unlike traditional oracles that rely on third-party aggregators, Atlas leverages CMC's extensive first-party data network — encompassing over 370 centralized exchanges and 535 decentralized exchanges — to deliver unparalleled accuracy and market coverage.

Our core innovation, the ConsensusScore, offers a multi-dimensional assessment of price credibility based on source diversity, price convergence, and manipulation cost. This allows DeFi protocols to implement tiered risk protection, setting a new standard for on-chain security. As we aggressively expand our market share, measured by Total Value Secured (TVS), we are seeking a dynamic leader to drive our marketing and growth initiatives.

The Role
As BD Manager for CMC’s Oracle product, you’ll drive ecosystem growth and enterprise adoption of CoinMarketCap’s on-chain price feed solution. You’ll identify, engage, and close partnerships with DeFi protocols, blockchain projects, and enterprises that need reliable, accurate price data delivered on-chain.

What You’ll Do
•    Drive ecosystem partnership development for CMC’s Oracle project, identifying and engaging DeFi protocols, blockchain projects, and enterprise clients
•    Own the full BD cycle — from initial outreach and qualification through to deal negotiation and agreement finalization
•    Analyze industry trends and formulate market expansion strategies for the Oracle product across chains and verticals
•    Collaborate with the technical team to deliver compelling solution proposals and product demonstrations
•    Build and promote benchmark integration cases and contribute to brand communications around the Oracle product
•    Track project delivery outcomes, maintain strong client relationships, and foster long-term collaboration and value growth
•    Provide market intelligence and client feedback to influence Oracle product development and roadmap
•    Represent CMC’s Oracle at industry events, conferences, and community calls

What You Bring
•    3+ years of B2B business development experience in enterprise services or the blockchain/Web3 space
•    Strong understanding of DeFi, on-chain oracles, smart contracts, and blockchain infrastructure
•    Excellent communication, resource integration, and market insight skills
•    Results-oriented with a proven ability to close enterprise-level deals
•    Fluency in English (native level); additional languages are a bonus
•    Adaptable to a fast-paced environment and open to short-term business travel when needed
•    BS/BA in business, computer science, or a related field

Nice to Have
•    Prior experience or existing relationships with oracle-related projects (Chainlink, Pyth, etc.)
•    Technical understanding of on-chain data delivery, smart contract integrations, and multi-chain ecosystems
•    Experience working with DeFi lending, DEX, or derivatives protocols
•    Familiarity with enterprise blockchain adoption and use cases
