Position Summary: Through rapid expansion of our business, we are building out our sales presence across North America. We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our sales team to build relationships with Fortune 500 companies by locating, networking and developing connections. This opportunity is for highly driven individuals who are entrepreneurial in nature and provides the opportunity for exceptionally high earnings with an emerging market that is optimal for business development.

What you can do for us

  • In this highly visible role, drive revenue through managing existing customer relationships, prospecting new customers, and growing business within accounts
  • Interact with prospects via telephone, email, chat and on-site visits; navigate through large accounts to find key decision makers
  • Collaborate with customers and marketing team to identify and develop additional areas of opportunity
  • Educate customers on the current state of the electronic components market to maximize efficiency and support of the supply chain

Who we’re looking for

  • Must have at least 4+ years of experience in a B2B sales in the electronic components industry
  • A high-energy, smart, and persistent salesperson driven to succeed and revolutionize an industry
  • A demonstrated record of success and achievement in prior sales position
  • A graduate of a 4-year university
  • Willingness to travel (up to 50%)

Salary range: $90-$300k. Competitive compensation plan with base salary, commission and bonuses
