Job Overview:

We seek a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic sales team. As a member of our team, you will be crucial in expanding SoftClouds’ reach in the technology ecosystem. The BDR will be the first point of contact for potential SoftClouds customers. The BDR will play a crucial role in driving our growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets.


Key Responsibilities:

·       Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.

·       Conduct outreach via phone calls, emails, and social media to generate leads.

·       Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.

·       Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for engaging potential clients.

·       Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.

·       Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions in our CRM system.

·       Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify potential opportunities and threats.

·       Assist in the development of marketing materials and campaigns as needed.

·       Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation goals.

 



Requirements

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

·       5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (ideal).

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.

·       Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.

·       Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

·       Basic understanding of software services and technology solutions.

·       Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
