We are seeking a high-performing, strategic Business Development Manager with a passion for health, beauty, and wellness technologies. This is an exciting opportunity to join Pollogen’s Home Use Device (HUD) Business Unit and drive growth in a fast-evolving consumer health tech sector. Ideal candidates should have proven track record and relevant background in medical devices, consumer health, or aesthetic technology industries.

About the Role

As Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in identifying and developing distributors and executing strategic growth initiatives worldwide. You’ll expand market reach, and forge high-impact partnerships.

The role requires regular international travel to meet with distributors, attend industry events, and build relationships in key global markets.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business development activities for the Home Use Devices Business Unit, including identifying new distributors, strategic partners, and M&A opportunities.
  • Identify and qualify international distributors and strategic partners to expand global market presence.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with international stakeholders and distributors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and pitch tailored strategic proposals.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and gather insights from customers and the market.
  • Deliver persuasive business presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as a commercial bridge between Marketing, R&D, Clinical, and Regulatory teams.
  • Support strategic planning and execution from a business, clinical, and consumer perspective.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Biosciences, Clinical Studies, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 2–5 years of business development.
  • Strong ability to work independently and manage complex deals.
  • Fluent in English with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong commercial mindset.
