We’re seeking a sales Business Development Leader, based in the United States, with a true hunter mindset to identify and close large enterprise deals across the global market. You’ll be responsible for driving new business focused on our AI data services portfolio—targeting clients building next-gen LLMs, NLP systems, and machine learning applications. This is a high-impact role with a clear path to growth and leadership.

REMOTE working opportunity. Candidates must be based in the Untied States and have proven sales experience with data services for AI, for enterprise clients. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and close new enterprise accounts across industries with high AI adoption (Tech, Healthcare, Fintech, Automotive, etc.).
  • Own the full B2B sales lifecycle—from outreach and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
  • Sell complex AI/ML data solutions, including: Data annotation & categorization, LLM training datasets and prompt evaluation, Text-to-SQL transformation, Synthetic data generation, and more
  • Collaborate with solution architects and delivery teams to scope and present tailored offerings.
  • Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline using CRM tools (HubSpot).
  • Represent the brand at U.S.-based AI summits, conferences, and networking events to generate qualified leads.
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to inform product positioning and go-to-market strategy


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of enterprise sales experience in Data Solutions/AI industry with a strong emphasis on hunting new enterprise business.
  • 2-3+ years selling AI/ML data services, SaaS, or professional services to technical and procurement stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of closing complex deals ($500K–$2M+) in the U.S. market.
  • Solid understanding of GenAI/LLMs, ML Ops, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to navigate large, matrixed organizations and influence decision-makers.
  • Self-starter with a results-driven approach and strong sales discipline.
