A Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and developing strategies to increase revenue. This role involves collaboration with sales, marketing, and product teams to expand the company’s market presence and achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities
• Identify new business opportunities and target markets to drive company growth.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales pitches to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business strategy.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements to maximize company revenue.
• Track performance metrics, sales forecasts, and pipeline activities.
• Participate in networking events, conferences, and industry meetings to promote the company.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data, develop strategies, and make data-driven decisions.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
