We are looking for a Business Development & Market Intelligence Analyst to support our outbound sales and business development efforts through research, list generation, and sales data operations.

The Role

This role is well-suited for someone early in their career who is analytical, detail-oriented, and interested in how sales, revenue operations, and go-to-market strategy work in practice. You will work closely with Sales Leadership and Business Development to ensure the sales team is focused on the right accounts at the right time, with clean data and clear prioritization.

What you’ll do
  • Operationalize early buying signals using tools like Starbridge to identify priority accounts

  • Build and maintain outbound lead lists across public sector, education, nonprofits, churches, and events

  • Enrich and normalize account and contact data using Apollo and Clay.io

  • Research target organizations to identify relevant programs, events, initiatives, and buyer personas

  • Deliver sales-ready, prioritized leads into HubSpot with clear context and tagging

  • Support outbound campaigns by ensuring lists are accurate, timely, and aligned to ICPs

  • Maintain data quality and hygiene in HubSpot CRM (deduplication, validation, tagging)

  • Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, and RevOps to improve list generation and research workflows

Nice to have
  • 1–3 years experience in sales operations, research, analytics, or a related role

  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce

  • Experience using sales or data tools (Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn, research databases)

  • Exposure to public sector, education, nonprofits, churches, or events markets

  • Comfort working across multiple tools and data sources

Located in Los Altos, California, Wordly is an exciting tech startup that is looking to grow its engineering and GTM teams! From virtual meetings to large, in-person conference venues, Wordly strives to provide high quality, real-time translation services in 50+ languages to anyone, anywhere. 

Wordly caters to numerous customers around the world which include local organizations and businesses; government entities; Fortune 500 companies; and much, much more. While this is a fully remote position, office space in Los Altos, California is available for San Francisco Bay Area residents that wish to utilize it.
