· Drive new logo acquisition and account
development within Midwest manufacturing accounts
· Spend significant time onsite with clients as a
visible and trusted Koantek representative
· Build relationships across operations, IT, data,
and executive leadership
· Identify business challenges and translate them
into data, analytics, and AI opportunities
· Collaborate with solution architects, delivery
teams, and Databricks partners to shape winning pursuits
· Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through
outbound prospecting, referrals, and industry events
· Represent Koantek at manufacturing forums,
client meetings, and business conferences
· Prior experience in sales, business development,
or hunting roles is a strong plus
· Strong client-facing presence with the ability
to build trust and manage relationships
· Comfortable with onsite client interactions and
executive-level conversations
· High-energy, self-motivated, and driven to win
new business
· Demonstrated prospective approach to opening
leads and creating opportunities
· Does not hesitate to cold call, approach, and
hunt for contacts, sponsors, and buyers
· Ability to research accounts and understand
buyer personas and decision-making structures
· Willingness to travel 60–70% domestically
· Authorized to work in the United States (U.S.
