AI is moving fast, and very few teams have the opportunity to shape where it's going. At LTX, we're building the next generation of open, multimodal models for AI video and world simulation. Our goal is to make powerful AI not only capable, but accessible, deployable, and useful in real-world workflows.

Our work builds the foundation for a broader future: world models that can simulate how physical reality looks, moves, and behaves. These are the models that are used for general-purpose engines including robotics, product simulation, and creative production.

The team and the role:

The LTX enterprise sales team is building the go-to-market motion that brings generative video into professional production workflows. Our customers are professional creative organizations — animation studios, VFX studios, creative agencies, media companies, and major brands — integrating AI video into how they produce content.

We're seeking a driven Business Development Representative to identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting. This role is essential to expanding LTX's enterprise market presence and building a strong sales pipeline through proactive, technically fluent outreach to target accounts. You'll be the tip of the spear for a category-defining product, working closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and RevOps.

What you will be doing:

Outbound Prospecting

  • Research and identify key decision-makers within target creative and enterprise accounts
  • Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns across calls, email, and social
  • Build and maintain targeted account lists aligned to LTX's ideal customer profile
  • Create personalized messaging for different buyer personas — creative leaders, technical/production buyers, and enterprise decision-makers
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly pipeline generation targets

Strategic Account Development

  • Map organizational structures of target accounts and identify multiple stakeholders
  • Develop account-specific value propositions tied to real production workflows and use cases
  • Execute account-based prospecting strategies against priority enterprise accounts
  • Build enough product fluency to credibly engage creative and technical buyers on LTX Studio, LTX APIs, and custom fine-tuning
  • Track and analyze engagement patterns to sharpen targeting

Pipeline Generation

  • Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives
  • Document all prospect interactions accurately in Salesforce
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and hygiene
  • Convert cold prospects into qualified sales opportunities
  • Meet or exceed activity and outcome metrics
Your skills and experience:
  • 1-2 years of outbound sales experience
  • Strong research and prospecting abilities
  • Excellence in written and verbal communication
  • Experience with sales engagement platforms
  • Proven track record of meeting outbound targets
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain persistence
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce, Apollo, Gong, Sales Navigator, or similar
  • Comfort learning a technical product and speaking credibly to creative and technical buyers — a plus
  • Interest in generative AI, video, or the creative technology space — a plus
  • Understanding of social selling techniques — a plus
  • Experience with account-based selling approaches — a plus
  • Knowledge of sales intelligence tools — a plus
Benefits:
  • Expected salary range is $60,000-$75,000 Base. Actual compensation will vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors.
  • Stock options.
  • Health/dental/vision with the majority of premiums paid by the company.
  • 401k with company match. (Up to 4%)
  • $3,000 per year is provided for lunch.
  • $1,000 Yearly Learning, Development, and Wellness budget.

  • Talented teammates and a strong work culture supporting a healthy work-life balance.
