About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated, curious, and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to help grow our sales pipeline and introduce prospective customers to the Enterprise Team at Doximity.

As a BDR, you’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, understanding their business needs, and creating qualified opportunities for our New Business Sales Team. You’ll be one of the first points of contact prospects have with our company, so strong communication skills, persistence, and a genuine interest in helping customers solve problems are essential.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in sales, learn how businesses evaluate and purchase solutions, and directly contribute to company growth.

Location: This role is: Remote in the U.S.

What We're Looking For

What You’ll Do
  • Identify and research prospective customers within our target market.
  • Qualify inbound leads and support requests 
  • Engage prospects in thoughtful conversations to understand their challenges, priorities, and goals.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and determine whether there is a strong potential fit.
  • Schedule qualified meetings and opportunities for New Business Sales Team
  • Maintain accurate activity information in Salesforce 
  • Proactively reach out to conference attendee lists to set up in person meetings for team attendees
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly goals 
Nice to Have
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, customer-facing roles
  • Previous Healthcare/ Healthcare Tech experience
  • Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Definitive Healthcare, etc.
How Success will be Measured 

Success in this role will be measured through a combination of:

  • Qualified meetings booked.
  • Sales opportunities created.
  • Pipeline generated.
  • Overall Team Performance.
  • Quality of opportunities passed to the sales team.
  • Team Partnership and Execution 
Compensation

The anticipated total compensation for this role is $64,800 -$93,680, depending on factors such as experience, skills, location, and internal equity.

Our total compensation package may include:

  • Base salary
  • Equity (where applicable)
  • Annual bonus or incentive compensation (where applicable)

Specific compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.
