How You'll Make an Impact
  • Participate in a comprehensive sales training program to sharpen client interaction and prospecting techniques
  • Build strong relationships with Account Executives through effective communication
  • Demonstrate expertise in presenting Spectrum products and services to potential clients
  • Qualify prospects while maintaining professionalism and client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with Major Account Executives to achieve sales targets
  • Schedule seamless transitions for qualified clients to the outside sales team
  • Manage a pipeline of prospects, staying informed about industry competition
  • Pursue ongoing development of sales skills and techniques

What You'll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, Math, Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience

Experience
  • 0-1+ years of sales experience, ideally in business development, sales development, inside sales, prospecting for new business and accounts, IT or Software-as-a-Service business development, Salesforce or similar CRM

Skills
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
  • Resilience and persistence in handling rejection
  • Desire to learn and succeed in technology sales
  • Quick learning ability and teamwork skills
