Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary

This is an opportunity to join an early-stage healthcare technology startup at the ground floor and help build the sales playbook from scratch. This company provides a mission-critical, AI-powered platform that helps self-insured employers eliminate healthcare billing errors and protect their bottom line. As a BDR, you won't just be following a script; you will be a strategic partner in identifying new opportunities, engaging high-level financial executives, and accelerating pipeline velocity. If you are an intellectually curious self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and wants a direct path to an Account Executive or Leadership role, this is the place to build your career.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo targeting CFOs, Controllers, and VP Finance leaders.
  • Craft highly personalized connection requests and follow-up sequences that navigate the complexity of medical claims auditing.
  • Manage and update all pipeline activity within HubSpot to ensure data integrity and lead tracking.
  • Book, confirm, and conduct initial screener conversations to qualify leads from various inbound channels.
  • Support a parallel outreach track focused on building relationships with insurance brokers.
  • Meet and exceed KPIs focused on qualified conversations booked, show rates, and lead advancement to the demo stage.
  • Partner with leadership to iterate on messaging and outreach strategies based on real-time market feedback.

Requirements
  • Fluency in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in a BDR or similar sales development role, preferably within SaaS, Tech, or Financial Services.
  • Strong proficiency in Apollo (list building, enrichment, and sequencing) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator (advanced filtering and InMail).
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM for pipeline management.
  • Ability to work a strict 9-5 schedule in the EST timezone.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and the "startup grind"—you are excited to help build a process where one doesn't yet exist.
  • Intellectual curiosity and the ability to learn a complex industry (healthcare claims) to hold credible conversations with senior stakeholders.
Nice-to-Haves
  • Previous experience in the Healthcare or Health-Tech industry.
  • Background in cold calling and lead sourcing.
  • Experience in an early-stage or pre-revenue environment.
  • Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret engagement metrics to improve performance.

Benefits
  • 🌎 Fully remote work environment (Offshore/EST)
  • 🚀 Rapid career growth opportunities into Account Executive or Leadership roles
  • 📈 Exposure to the entire Go-To-Market strategy of an early-stage startup
  • 💡 Opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI healthcare technology
  • 🎯 Performance-based incentives and bonuses (currently in planning)
