About you

You know how to open doors that others can't. You research an account, figure out exactly who to call and why, and you build real conversations with senior IT and operations leaders.  You're comfortable picking up the phone cold, and you don't need a playbook handed to you before you start moving. You bring genuine curiosity to every account you work. You're early in your sales career and hungry to grow into an Account Executive role, and you want to do it at a company that sells a product that solves a real problem.

What you’ll do and how you’ll have an impact

  • Generate qualified pipeline by running targeted outbound sequences across cold calls, email, and LinkedIn — working toward a target of 10+ qualified meetings per week;
  • Research target accounts using ICP criteria, hiring signals, funding rounds, and org structure to identify the right entry points before reaching out;
  • Run discovery calls with Director-level and above stakeholders to qualify opportunities against our framework before handing off to an Account Executive;
  • Deliver detailed handoff briefs to AEs so they walk into every first meeting fully prepared;
  • Partner with Account Executives on territory strategy and coordinate outreach for high-priority accounts;
  • Track activity and pipeline performance in HubSpot to keep your book of business clean and reportable;
  • You’ll leverage AI to move with Speed and Efficiency while delivering highly tailored and personalized messaging over email, linkedin or on the phone.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor degree required;
  • At least 1 year of customer-facing experience: any role where you had to engage, persuade, or serve people directly (prior BDR/SDR experience is a strong plus);
  • Comfort with cold outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn, this is a core part of the job every single day;
  • Strong written communication skills. Your outbound messaging should sound like a real person wrote it, tied to specific research, not a template;
  • Experience with a CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce and a sales engagement tool such as Salesloft or Outreach (or a genuine willingness to learn fast);
  • A clear reason you want to be in sales. We're looking for people building a career here, not filling a seat.

  • Major Tech Employers: Google, Apple, Salesforce, Meta
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, fintech, consumer technology, software
  • Funding Landscape: $50.5 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
