The Role 

As an outbound Business Development Representative, you will own the top of the funnel for strategic and enterprise accounts. You will use best-in-class prospecting tools and intent data to identify active buyers, engage them with relevant messaging, and convert them into qualified sales opportunities. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Own outbound prospecting across a defined book of business 
  • Research, prioritize, and engage ICP accounts using: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Intent platforms (e.g., Common Room, Bombora, etc.) 
  • Run multi-channel sequences (email, LinkedIn, phone, video) 
  • Identify buying signals and tailor outreach based on account activity 
  • Book qualified meetings for Account Executives 
  • Maintain accurate activity, lead, and account data in CRM 
  • Consistently exceed monthly outbound meeting and pipeline targets 

What You’ll Bring  

  • 1+ year of experience as a BDR or SDR in SaaS or B2B tech targeting strategic and enterprise companies 
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding outbound targets 
  • Hands-on experience with outbound tech stack: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo (or similar data provider), Sales engagement tools (Gong), Intent data platforms (Common Room, Bombora, etc.) 
  • Comfortable prospecting into strategic and enterprise accounts 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Highly organized with strong time and pipeline management 

What Success Looks Like In your first 90 days, you will 

  • Be fully ramped on Typeface’s ICP, use cases, and value proposition 
  • Consistently hit outbound activity and meeting targets 
  • Generate qualified pipeline from accounts showing real buying intent 
  • Be a trusted partner to AEs on your accounts 

Base Salary  

The compensation for this role is $68,000 OTE. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process.
