The Business Development Representative at LTV.ai will generate leads, execute outreach strategies, utilize AI tools for personalization, and collaborate with the team to drive market entry.
The summary above was generated by AI

At LTV.ai, we’re redefining email marketing for e-commerce brands by automating a lot of the day-to-day manual grunt work that goes into email marketing, from segmentation, to creating campaigns without designers, to personalization.

While increasing LTV and driving measurable growth, we help brands stay focused on what matters most - the customer.

Why join us?

We’re a fast-moving team building a high-growth company that’s transforming the e-commerce industry.

This is not a typical SDR seat. We’re hiring a builder who happens to do BD - someone who treats outbound as a software problem and ships systems, not just sequences.

You’ll write the playbook, build the infrastructure behind it in Claude Code, and turn pipeline generation into a function that compounds. If you’ve ever looked at a sales stack and thought “I could just build this myself, faster, and better,” this role is for you.

Role Responsibilities
  • Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation into mid-market and enterprise e-commerce brands ($10M–$1B+ GMV) - measured on qualified meetings booked, not activity volume

  • Build and operate the outbound machine in Claude Code: enrichment pipelines, scrapers, signal detection, lead scoring, sequencing logic, and personalization at scale - replace SaaS tools with code wherever it makes you faster

  • Design multi-agent workflows that research accounts, identify buying signals, draft tailored outreach, and surface the highest-leverage prospects every morning

  • Run outbound like a product: instrument every step, A/B test ruthlessly, kill what doesn’t work, and double down on what does

  • Partner directly with the founder and AE team to sharpen ICP, refine messaging, and feed live signal back into positioning and pricing

  • Build the systems, templates, and infrastructure the rest of the GTM team will inherit - what you ship in month one is what scales the function in year one

  • Be the in-house expert on the outbound stack: APIs, data sources, deliverability, agent orchestration - and bring the bleeding edge in as it ships

What we’re looking for (ideally)
  • You can build. You’re fluent in Claude Code (or Cursor, or similar) and use it as your default operating environment

  • AI-native by default - you build agents, chain prompts, wire up APIs, and automate workflows that would take a traditional BDR team a month, in a weekend

  • 1–3 years of outbound, BD, GTM engineering, or founder-led sales experience - or a technical background and obvious commercial instincts. We care more about what you’ve built and shipped than the title on your resume

  • Familiarity with the e-commerce ecosystem - you understand what a retention marketer cares about and can speak their language, or you’ll get there in two weeks

  • Obsessive about creative outreach - you’ve sent a cold video, mailed something physical, scraped a niche signal nobody else is using, or built a tool to find prospects others miss

  • Extreme ownership - you don’t wait for a playbook, a tool, or a process. You build it, run it, measure it, and tell us what worked

  • Strong written communication - your outreach gets replies because it’s specific, sharp, and human. AI helps you scale that voice, not replace it

  • Hungry and coachable - you want to win, you take feedback fast, and you’re studying what top GTM engineers and founders are doing right now

What you’ll be working with
  • Claude Code as your primary build environment

  • Whatever data sources, APIs, and tooling you decide to wire together - we’ll back the stack you build

  • Direct access to the founder, the AE team, and the product roadmap

Compensation + Benefits
  • Base depends a lot on the person but we reward A players

  • Equity included

If you’re curious, ambitious, and hungry to build something big, feel free to email our founder directly [email protected] - we’d love to hear from you.
