As a Business Development Representative, you'll engage leads, qualify opportunities, schedule demonstrations, and collaborate with the sales team to exceed targets.

You’ll partner closely with our Account Executives to qualify leads and schedule product demonstrations, playing a key role in driving Daxko’s growth and success. If you’re motivated, coachable, and ready to launch or accelerate your sales career, this is the perfect place to make an impact.
- Engage with inbound and outbound leads — turning curiosity into conversations and conversations into booked demos.
- Conduct consultative discovery calls to understand business needs and qualify opportunities.
- Partner with Account Executives to schedule product demonstrations and set up successful sales meetings.
- Manage and nurture leads through Outreach cadences — ensuring every prospect feels valued and informed.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging, outreach strategy, and goals.
- Consistently hit and exceed targets for calls, emails, meetings, and demos booked.
- Keep accurate, detailed notes and activity tracking in Salesforce and Outreach.
- Strong communication and people skills — you love connecting with others and building rapport.
- Organized and detail-oriented — you can juggle multiple conversations without missing a beat.

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 6 months – 1 year of sales or customer-facing experience
- 1+ year of experience in SaaS sales or another business development role
- Familiarity with Salesforce or Outreach
- Fitness or wellness industry experience is a plus!

Where you fall within the compensation range is based on how you demonstrate the skills and competencies needed for the role. We typically reserve the upper half of our compensation bands for team members who have grown within Daxko. In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or other performance-based incentives. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, recognition programs, and plenty of opportunities to grow your career with us.
The on-target-earnings (OTE) for this role is $40,000 – $58,000 per year.
