Luxury Presence is building the AI growth platform for real estate. Backed by Bessemer Venture Partners and other top investors, we're a Series C company that has hit $100M in annual recurring revenue. More than 90,000 real estate professionals, including over 30% of the WSJ Real Trends top 100 agents in the United States, use us to run and grow their business.

About the Role

We’re expanding our mid-market sales team and looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) who can open doors with real estate brokerages and high-performing large teams. This is a front-line role that feeds the entire mid-market sales organization. The quality of your work directly affects how fast we grow.

This isn’t a script-reading job. You’ll be reaching out to owners, team leaders, and senior decision-makers at real estate firms. You’ll learn how they operate, how they grow, and what they need, then bring the right opportunities to our Mid-Market Account Executives.

Our Mid-Market team is newer, operating like a startup within Luxury Presence. If you want a role where you solve real problems, learn fast, take ownership, and build the foundation for a successful sales career, this is it.

What You’ll Do
  • Prospect and qualify mid-market opportunities with real estate brokerages and large teams, focusing on deals in the $30K - $250K ACV range.

  • Run high-quality outbound outreach across phone, email, and social channels to reach brokers, team leads, and executives.

  • Develop a sharp understanding of how brokerages operate, make technology decisions, and grow their business.

  • Create qualified meetings for Mid-Market Account Executives with clear discovery and qualification criteria.

  • Build and maintain your own pipeline from scratch. This role requires a high degree of ownership and self-prospecting.

  • Track activity, learn from data, and continuously refine your approach to improve conversion.

  • Work closely with sales leadership to sharpen targeting, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.

What We’re Looking ForSkills and Experience
  • 1+ years of experience in a lead generation or business development role using phone, email, or social outreach.

  • Experience prospecting into mid-market or enterprise accounts. Real estate industry experience is highly preferred.

  • Familiarity with outbound prospecting tools and CRM systems (Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar).

  • Strong verbal communication skills with a polished, confident telephone presence.

  • BA/BS degree preferred.

Attributes
  • Self-starter who thrives without a playbook. You build your own pipeline and figure out what works.

  • Persistent and resourceful. You find creative ways to reach decision-makers who are hard to get to.

  • Curious about real estate and genuinely interested in understanding how brokerages and teams run their businesses.

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup-like environment where priorities shift and ownership is expected.

  • Strong project management habits. You stay organized across multiple accounts, channels, and follow-up sequences.

Compensation
  • Base salary: $50,000 - $60,000

  • On-target earnings: $75,000 - $110,000 (base + commission)

  • Stock options

  • Flex PTO

  • Comprehensive health, vision, and dental benefits
