tl;dr/Overview:

Alleviate is the AI platform built for clinical research sites to recruit and enroll patients faster than ever before.

Our AI agents recruit, screen, and intelligently route patients across every trial a site is running — taking enrollment conversion as high as 4x by routing disqualified patients into the next-best protocol instead of losing them.

We’re raised $4.3M, backed by Andreessen Horowitz and other investors like Jack Altman (Co-Founder of Lattice), Sajith Wickramasekara (Co-Founder of Benchling), Ali Rowghani (Former CFO & COO of Twitter), Trey Holterman (CEO & Co-Founder of Tennr) and many others who’ve built category defining healthcare & pharma tech companies.

Context:

Conducting a clinical trial is the most complex and broken — but also the most high‑stakes and capital intensive — problem of our era.

To bring a life-saving medicine from the lab bench to patients, pharma companies spend tens of billions a year on trials in which hundreds of research sites qualify & screen hundreds of thousands of patients and stay in contact with those patients over years.

This enormous, labor-intensive struggle of screening, recruitment, and retention of patients across hundreds of small research sites in every single trial is the foundational bottleneck in clinical trials.

Company Highlights:
  1. Hypergrowth. We’re growing rapidly MoM (Both within existing & new accounts). We’ve landed (And realized) multiple 6 figure deals. Our largest live contract has an annual value of >450k.

  1. Our win rate on commercial deals is >92%. We’re the market leading solution

  1. Our market is gigantic and immensely painful. Our pipeline grows organically due to customer fear of falling behind after hearing from our existing customers.

What You'll Do

  • Develop deep mastery of Alleviate's product, ICP, and value proposition

  • Maintain accurate client relationship data within our CRM

  • Train to join our Account Executive team

Who You Are

  • 1+ years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or a high-volume prospecting role

  • Hungry and driven: you want to prove yourself, grow fast, and earn your next role

  • Nice to have: experience selling into healthcare or life sciences

Why This Role

  • Direct access to leadership: You'll report to the Head of GTM and work closely with the CEO. No layers, no bureaucracy — your feedback shapes strategy.

  • Build the playbook: This isn't about inheriting someone else's sequences. You'll help define how Alleviate sells — the ICP, the messaging, the channels, the cadences. What you build here becomes the foundation.

  • Meaningful Equity Package
