BreadPartners, Inc., headquartered in Cinnaminson, NJ, is seeking a Business Development Specialist in multiple locations around the US to join our expanding team. Family-owned and operated, BreadPartners, Inc., is a leading provider of premium baking solutions dedicated to empowering bakers with the tools and ingredients needed to create exceptional baked goods consistently and confidently. With a focus on quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction, BreadPartners, Inc. continues to set the standard for excellence in the baking industry. 

Responsibilities:

  • Research, develop, and maintain new business relationships and opportunities via cold calling, industry networking, and referrals
  • Provide accurate forecasts and budgets for potential sales 
  • Organize product demonstrations in collaboration with our technical team
  • Make and give presentations to prospective clients
  • Demonstrate a broad knowledge of our product range, technical knowledge, and product applications
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business
  • Conduct ongoing market research and competitor analysis 


Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of outside sales experience/new business development; preferably in the baking/food/beverage industry
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.)
  • Detail-oriented with solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Needs to be well organized and be able to be flexible with baking hours
  • Proven track record of developing new sales opportunities, exceeding sales targets, and fostering relationships with key accounts
  • Proven results in relationship building, negotiation skills, strategic insight, and concept thinking
  • Possess strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Driven to succeed, works independently, and has a strong ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines
  • Ability for overnight travel as needed - minimally 50%
  • Valid US driver’s license and reliable means of transportation (car)
