Job Description

We need an Immigration Paralegal who has experience with both immigrant and non-immigrant processes, and is particularly strong in PERM.

Qualifications

  • Four (4) years of paralegal experience in a high-volume practice or in-house legal team (non-business/family immigration or other paralegal experience will not be considered).
  • Experience preparing nonimmigrant (H-1B, L-1, TN, E-3, O-1) and/or immigrant (PERM, I-140, EB-1 Multinational Manager or Extraordinary Ability, AOS) petitions.
  • Ability to manage extensive client communication while simultaneously preparing and filing multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent writing and proofreading skills (which will be verified by testing during the interview process).
  • Stable work history. No job-hopping.
