What You'll Do

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will work with data from operations across Arvig to provide reliable, timely performance analytics and actionable observations to inform strategic and operational decision-making. You will define and build data sets from enterprise systems, to engineer custom reports, models, and automated dashboards. You will be encouraged to pioneer new methods by integrating modern AI solutions into our core strategies. Additionally, you will collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze key performance metrics across revenue, profitability, and utilization, translating complex data into clear visualizations and compelling informational stories for business leadership.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence analytics working with enterprise systems and Business Intelligence tools
  • Working knowledge of enterprise systems concepts (e.g. ERP/CRM) , data visualization tools, and data governance standards
  • Basic understanding of budgeting and forecasting concepts  to support reporting needs
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills supported by advanced proficiency with spreadsheets
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear and insightful data visualizations and informational stories Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills across virtual and in-person settings
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, accuracy, and multi-project management

Hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 4:30PM

 Work Location & Eligibility

This position is eligible for in-office, hybrid, or fully remote arrangements.  To be considered for remote work, candidates must currently reside in one of the following states:   Arizona, Florida, Iowa, Minnesota, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, or Washington
