What you'll do:
- Development of ongoing reports, analyses and dashboards to guide important decisions and process improvements.
- Work with the Supply Chain teams in areas including network/topology planning and design, capacity planning, inventory placement, transportation planning, delivery experience for improved customer experience and in-stock positions.
- Analyze demand and resource requirements against available resources to identify risks and opportunities and provide recommendations to solve for resource constraints.
- Communicate with other technology teams to extract, transform, and load data from several data sources using SQL and multiple technological platforms.
- Recognize and adopt best practices in reporting: data integrity, test design, analysis, validation, and documentation.
- Analyze and solve problems at their root, stepping back to understand the broader context.
- Respond to high priority requests from senior business leaders.
- Improve ongoing analysis processes, automating or simplifying self-service support for secondary data sets.

What you'll need:
- Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Management, Data Science, or related field and 5 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or related position/occupation.
- Alternative Requirements: Master's degree in Business Analytics, Information Management, Data Science, or related field and 3 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or related position/occupation.
- Experience must include 3 years of experience with the following:
- Forecasting and Supply Chain;
- Tableau, Excel and SQL expertise;
- Python;
- Knowledge of data warehousing;
- Snowflake; and
- Data modeling experience in Retail/E-commerce.

- The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.
