Job Description
The Role
The Business Manager will be a hands-on strategic operator within the Office of the Chief Medical Officer, working closely with the CMO to develop and implement specialized health services, digital health capabilities, and human performance initiatives. The role will evaluate new care models and technologies, develop recommendations and product requirements, and take selected opportunities from discovery and build-versus-buy through launch, adoption, and iteration.
The primary focus will be developing, managing, and scaling a data-driven, evidence-based health and performance program designed for the cognitive and physiological demands of a high-performing employee population. The role will span product definition and roadmap, program design, participant experience, vendor management, measurement, and rollout. The role will have day-to-day operating responsibility across several firm-wide initiatives and external partnerships spanning clinical services, technology, and data.
The Business Manager will also lead and support selected strategic Health & Benefits initiatives, such as onsite health services, digital health tools, and analytics platforms, in partnership with the Benefits team and other program owners.
