As Marketing Lead, you will execute marketing strategies, manage co-marketing programs, create content infrastructure, and coordinate external stakeholder communications for Monad Foundation.
The summary above was generated by AI

The Monad Foundation is a team of dedicated ecosystem and community builders who are on a mission to massively grow the impact of decentralized tech. We believe that the Monad blockchain--the performant and parallel EVM Layer 1--will help decentralized apps eat the world.

The Role

As Marketing Lead, you'll work alongside the business development team and execute the marketing for Monad Foundation priorities. You'll build relationships with key external stakeholders, propose GTM activations, and see them through from concept to execution. You'll advise on business marketing budgeting and develop a strong understanding of Monad's positioning so that your work will help reinforce how Monad is reflected from an institutional and enterprise lens.

We're looking for someone with high agency, energy, and taste with propensity for speed. You know what great marketing looks like.

What You Will Do
  • Drive business marketing execution across BD's highest-priority deals. Maintain a live view of the pipeline, identify co-marketing opportunities proactively, and build marketing plans.

  • Lead GTM activations with external partners. Manage co-branded campaigns, shared announcements, and IRL activations. You are the primary point of contact between Monad Foundation's marketing function and key external stakeholders.

  • Build the content infrastructure BD needs to close. Own the Monad Foundation's institutional newsletter, evergreen website resources, sales materials, and positioning documents that help BD tell Monad's story to payments, institutional, and enterprise audiences.

  • Measure outcomes and double down on what works. Track which co-marketing programs drive results, which relationships produce outsized value, and where time is best spent.

  • Operate effectively across geographies and time zones. Manage asynchronous workstreams across multiple external partners simultaneously, maintain clear written communication throughout, and deliver on timelines without requiring close supervision.

Who You Are
  • 5+ years in B2B growth marketing, product marketing, or ecosystem marketing, ideally at a SaaS company, crypto infrastructure project, or emerging tech platform. Experience running co-marketing programs with external stakeholders is essential.

  • You know how to take a complex technical product and build a narrative that lands with business executives or institutional audiences. You understand how to market in emerging, fast-moving technical spaces where the playbook doesn't exist yet.

  • You are empirically minded. You define success metrics before launching, track outputs rigorously, and make decisions based on signal. You know which programs are worth the investment.

  • Fluent in AI tools and strong prompting skills. ****You build leverage through tools, automation, and systems.

  • High agency. You don't wait for direction. You come to the table with proposals, move fast, and enjoy solving hard problems.

  • Familiar with the crypto and broader tech landscape. Deep crypto-native experience is a plus. Comfort operating in a technical space with sophisticated counterparties is required.

Why Work with Us
  • Challenging problems. You’ll work on extremely challenging problems with massive impact.

  • Huge opportunity. The Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) standard is ubiquitous, but existing EVM-compatible chains are slow and bandwidth-constrained. Monad’s core innovations offer developers the best of both worlds (portability and performance) and are a game-changer for mass user adoption in crypto.

  • The right team. You’ll be part of an exceptional and highly-motivated team

  • Culture. We’re a lean team working together to achieve very ambitious goals. We are united in our culture of collaboration, low ego, and high-quality output. As an early member of our team, you’ll help continue to shape our culture.
