The mission of Anduril’s Air Dominance and Strike Division is to fundamentally reshape the way future peer to peer conflicts are fought by developing next generation collaborative combat aircraft, advanced effects, and the software that powers these autonomous weapons. The AD&S Operations team is a small but mighty team of business generalists who enable the division to scale through hyper-growth while breaking as few things as possible.
Here’s what you’ll do:
- Build out and run the staffing machine for our organization, enabling efficient recruiting and allocation of resources in partnership with Division Leads as the organization scales from 500 to 1000s
- Support our corporate planning cycle by helping to build out and monitor performance against goals, financial plans, and headcount plans so we can hit our aggressive growth targets
- Organize and manage the division’s classified infrastructure ensuring networks and facilities exist when and where they’re needed so our engineering teams can design and test our technologies
- Manage large scale real estate investments so we can manufacture and test our drones, missiles, and other technologies
- Support internal team operations like new employee onboarding, all hands, internal business reviews, and other division-wide events so that we rapidly ramp new employees and maintain a culture of “doing things differently”
- Support M&A integrations ensuring not only the technologies but also the people, processes, and systems are integrated into our division
- Execute on special projects across staffing, finance, real estate, and other business infrastructure as they arise

- You have 2-8 years of varied experience in an operating role at a high-growth technology company, starting a venture, or in finance or consulting
- Must be eligible to hold a US Top Secret clearance
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
