Position Responsibilities:
- Drive accountability for Enterprise Safety Management System (SMS) requirements across the 737 Program, ensuring clear ownership, action tracking, and timely closure of commitments
- Provide strategic direction for SMS integration to embed safety management practices into program processes, decisions, and governance
- Ensure compliance with Enterprise SMS requirements, applicable policies, and procedural expectations through monitoring, reporting, and escalation of gaps or risks
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, quality, program management, and safety stakeholders to align SMS implementation across the program
- Lead program-level SMS planning, status tracking, and leadership reporting, including metrics, risks, issues, and corrective action progress
- Support hazard identification, risk assessment, mitigation planning, and verification of effectiveness to strengthen proactive safety management
- Facilitate the 737 Program SMS operating rhythm to enable data driven decision making and risk mitigation
- Promote a strong safety culture by reinforcing awareness, engagement, and accountability for SMS responsibilities at all levels of the program

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 7+ years of experience performing in a support organization such as, but not limited to, Business Operations, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Change Management, Strategy, Project Management, or Supply Chain role
- 5+ year of experience with strong presentation skills and the capability to effectively communicate data in Senior and Executive Leadership briefings
- 5+ years of experience collecting, interpreting data, and leading high- level projects for Executives or Senior leadership
- 5 + years of experience in a role that requires organizational skills with the capability to prioritize, facilitate, and coordinate multiple projects
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Experience working in or with an aviation Safety Management System
- Experience working across organizations and cross-functional groups to ensure project coordination, implementation and completion
- Experience with Boeing's Program Management Best Practices or equivalent program/project management processes
- Experience working across multiple programs and/or functions in a manufacturing environment
- Prior or current experience in Business Operations and/or Project Management Organizations
