Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking Business Operations Specialist (Level 3) to join the Environment Health and Safety team in Renton, Washington.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a small team dedicated to running the business, managing projects and implementing strategic priorities for the EHS organization. As a Business Operations Specialist, you will play an important role as the "glue" of the organization that keeps us organized and ensures things get done! Position Responsibilities:
- Supports the development and integration of programs, plans, strategies and processes to meet business goals
- Coordinates and clarifies analysis with business partners to validate results and determine scope to meet long range business goals and develop business case
- Coordinates commitments with internal and external organizations to fulfill strategies
- Identifies risk and opportunity potential, develops mitigation planning and refines the business case
- Collects, organizes and provides data according to established processes within the management system to maintain status of programs, customer and supplier commitments and compliance
- Ensures follow up action for issue resolution
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years of experience with developing and executing operating rhythms, integrated program schedules, project plans, and/or metrics
- 5+ years of experience leading or managing projects that involved cross-functional or cross-business unit teams
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office suite of tools, specifically PowerPoint and Excel for data presentations and data analysis
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- Proven experience working with and collaborating with executive leadership
