About The Role:

We are seeking a Business Operations & Strategy Lead to partner closely with our founders, MSP executives, and product / finance teams on special projects, operational improvements, and integration / growth strategy.

What You’ll Do:

  • Business operations: Partner with MSP executives and leaderships to identify key bottlenecks and revamp operations to enable better growth; embed within MSP operating teams to identify pain points and product gaps for engineers and managers

  • Revenue operations: Execute on initiatives to both accelerate sales growth and improve existing customer retention

  • Integration strategy: Identify opportunities to drive successful integration across finance, operations, and product for new portfolio organizations and clients

  • Corporate strategy: Support executives with data analytics and strategic projects to set quarterly business goals at the MSP and Titan level

Who You Are

  • 3–6 years of experience across business strategy, operations, consulting, and finance. Prior operating experience in a startup, PE, or high-growth technology environment is preferred

  • Strong business sense and analytics fluency

  • Fast learning curve – you thrive in ambiguous problem spaces; you learn new workflows and concepts quickly and become an SME within days or weeks

  • Exceptionally versatile – you can context switch to work well with operators at all levels of the business across multiple projects. You thrive in both high-level strategy discussion and day-to-day execution

  • Excellent executive presence and communication skills – you build working relationships with all teams, you can synthesize complex ideas, and you are calm under pressure
