We're hiring a Business Operations team member to help scale Paxos Labs from zero to one—across finance, GTM, operations, and strategic execution. We are open to candidates of varying levels of experience for this role.
Who we're looking forWe are looking for a motivated operator who can roll up their sleeves to build systems from scratch, while also thinking strategically across product, finance, and market dynamics.
We are looking for someone energized by the following types of work:
Building operational leverage through systems, automation, and insights
Owning financial and GTM processes in a fast-evolving environment
Serving as connective tissue across a high-performing early team
This role is ideal for a BizOps athlete who can toggle between precision and pace, someone who thrives in ambiguity, executes fast, and thinks in terms of impact per hour.
ResponsibilitiesStrategy & ExecutionDrive high-priority, cross-functional projects: pricing strategy, GTM design, platform monetization, and marketing ops
Partner with the Leadership team to prepare board materials, investor updates, and internal plans
Identify operational bottlenecks and build repeatable, scalable systems
Own financial operations: invoicing, vendor payments, expense tracking, revenue reconciliation
Maintain the live company model: cash flow, runway, headcount planning, protocol revenue tracking
Interface with external vendors and partners
Build dashboards, reporting infrastructure, and KPIs across product and growth
Create and maintain internal documentation: sales operations, playbooks, process maps
Drive customer onboarding processes and efficiency to accelerate our customer adoption cycle
2-8 years of experience in business operations, consulting, finance, or operations at a startup
Strong operator instincts—you’ve owned core systems or processes at an early-stage company
Project management experience across multiple stakeholders and deadlines
You run through walls and figure things out.
You’re obsessed with efficiency, visibility, and leverage.
You ask "what’s the underlying system here?" and "how do we never do this manually again?"
Experience working at or alongside a FinTech platform or crypto-native company
Familiarity with onchain data
Understanding of enterprise GTM and customer operations
