Responsibilities:
Head of Corporate Planning and Management
- Oversee corporate planning and management functions for the U.S. subsidiary as a U.S.-based entity under the Korean headquarters
- Lead the development and management of investment plans for the U.S. entity and coordinate local investment activities with headquarters
- Establish and manage decision-making frameworks and governance standards for the U.S. entity
- Manage internal communications and external relations, including liaison with government institutions (e.g., consulates)
Support for U.S.-Based Investment Projects
- Lead shared service functions for U.S. semiconductor manufacturing projects and serve as a key facilitator across stakeholders
Planning and Management of U.S. Marketing Communications
- Coordinate participation in technical and marketing events with customers and partners
- Plan and execute U.S.-based technology events, including planning, budgeting, partnership development, and execution
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in business planning, marketing communications, event planning, or corporate communications (Experience in semiconductor, AI, robotics, or emerging technology sectors a plus).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, and audience engagement strategies
- Proven ability to manage multiple top-tier creative vendors and deliver results under tight timelines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to execute and manage multiple/various communications projects in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual Proficiency in Korean & English
- Authorized to work in the US

- Experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably in memory (DRAM, NAND Flash)

Compensation: $110,000 - $165,000
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets.
