Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the program lifecycle.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution.
- Coordinate and manage RFQ (Request for Quote) activities, including gathering requirements, tracking deliverables, and ensuring timely submissions.
- Lead regular customer meetings, status reviews, and business updates.
- Track program milestones, action items, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful execution.
- Partner closely with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Finance teams to drive customer initiatives.
- Manage customer escalations and facilitate conflict resolution among stakeholders while maintaining positive relationships.
- Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure customer requirements are communicated and executed effectively.
- Monitor project health, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation plans.
- Support business growth initiatives by identifying opportunities to strengthen customer partnerships and improve operational performance.
- Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and program updates for internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Customer Program Management, Business Operations, Account Management, or a related role.
- Experience working within a CM, ODM, EMS, or JDM environment.
- Strong customer-facing experience with the ability to build credibility and trust at all organizational levels.
- Experience managing RFQs, customer communications, quotations, and business operations processes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven conflict management, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience supporting consumer electronics, data center, networking, cloud infrastructure, or technology manufacturing customers.
- Experience managing complex global programs involving multiple functional teams.
- PMP or related project management certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, and product lifecycle management processes.
- Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English highly preferred
