The Business Relationship Specialist is responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with customers. Through data analysis and strategy, they will collaborate with customers to identify opportunities for business growth through selling a Managed Safety Footwear and Wellness Program that is suited for their overall safety and wellness needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Achieve set sales goals and objectives.
  • Understand marketplace trends relative to the footwear and wellness industry to make decisions and recommendations based upon customer needs.
  • Encouraged utilization of social media specifically LinkedIn to promote CustomFit and to grow and maintain customer relationships.
  • Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of product lines and services.
  • Exercise independent judgement while introducing new products and services to established customers based upon customer safety and wellness needs, policies, and system requirements.
  • Analyze customer business operations and data to determine future planning and growth opportunities with the safety and wellness program.
  • Execute strong written and verbal sales practices to grow and retain existing business relationships.
  • Establish and maintain customer contact schedules using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.
  • Log all sales activities in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.
  • Handle both outbound and inbound calls.
  •  Manipulate pivot tables including our internal sales data, CRM Advanced Finds and CustomFit Data.
  • Collaborate with National Account Manager, Account Setup, Customer Service and Key Account teams on established accounts.
  • Secure Ordering Events
  • Work closely with Regional Account Managers, Sales Representatives, and Account Implementation Specialists to ensure successful ordering events.
  • Respond to both internal and external communications within a timely manner.

Qualifications

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school or two (2) years of sales experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Intermediate level experience scheduling and coordinating travel arrangements
  • The ability to travel 10% of the time and overnight to events or trade shows.
  • Excellent time-management skills and ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Superior verbal, listening and written communication skills.
  • Advanced level of organizational and multitasking skills
  • PC skills including intermediate skill level of experience using Microsoft Suite applications, especially Excel and MS Dynamic CRM, and Google Drive.
  • Ability to process information quickly and take proactive action.
  • Fluent in Spanish required
  • Candidate must be in Pacific Standard Time.
