About the Role:

Responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that could impact on Pathward's strategic, operational, financial, or reputational standing. They provide expert guidance to leadership on risk strategy, regulatory compliance, and enterprise resilience. Their work spans across industries and involves collaboration with internal departments, external auditors, and regulatory bodies.

What You Will Do:

  • Conducts risk assessments and internal/external partner reviews.
  • Develops and implements risk mitigation strategies. 
  • Advises leadership on risk-related decisions.
  • Monitors regulatory changes and ensuring compliance.
  • Prepares risk reports and presenting findings to stakeholders.
  • Leverages data analytics and technology for predictive risk modeling.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience. Master's degree preferred.
  • Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience with a bachelor’s or equivalent.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Written & verbal communications skills

Salary range: $104,000– $174,000

 
The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your location during the hiring process. Ranges may be modified in the future.
This role is also eligible for an annual performance-based incentive opportunity.  Pathward offers a comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees, including health insurance, 401(k) retirement benefits, life insurance, disability benefits, paid time off, and more.
