Position Description:

PAR is hiring a Business Solutions Director to lead strategic growth within the convenience and fuel retail sector.

This isn’t a transactional sales role. It’s about strategic engagement—partnering with executive-level stakeholders to understand their business drivers and craft tailored, long-term solutions using PAR’s unified retail technology platform.

As a trusted advisor, you’ll guide customers through digital transformation, lead complex enterprise sales cycles, and act as a catalyst for scalable business growth. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally, build deep relationships across IT, Marketing, and Operations, and shape strategic partnerships that create lasting impact.

What We’re Looking For:

Requirements:

  • 5–8+ years in enterprise sales, business development, or consulting roles

  • Experience in retail technology within convenience, fuel, or related verticals is required

  • A consultative mindset focused on long-term customer outcomes

  • Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles

  • Strong executive communication and relationship-building skills

  • Familiarity with retail systems such as POS, loyalty, payments, and digital ordering

  • Bachelor's degree required

Additional skills:

  • Strong business case development and value-based selling abilities

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM for pipeline and forecast management

  • Skilled in strategic discovery, ROI modeling, and solution alignment

  • Ability to influence across multiple customer departments and leadership levels

Unleash your potential: What you will be doing and owning:

  • Own the full-cycle sales process from strategic prospecting to close

  • Build trusted relationships with enterprise stakeholders across IT, Marketing, and Operations

  • Align PAR Retail’s technology with customer goals and operational challenges

  • Lead consultative product presentations and ROI-based solutioning

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Customer Success) to deliver aligned outcomes

  • Provide customer feedback and market insight to shape PAR’s product roadmap

  • Represent PAR as a strategic business partner in the retail technology space
