Position Summary

We are looking for a Founding Business Sourcer for HeyGen. You will be a critical thought partner in building out our strategy around GTM hiring at HeyGen, including sourcing strategy, interview process, and where to integrate AI into the Talent function. You will partner closely with the Executive team, hiring managers, and the Talent team to identify and attract the best talent with an emphasis on Marketing, SEO, Revenue, Sales and Growth roles.

This is an on-site position in our Los Angeles office, 5 days a week.

Core Responsibilities

The HeyGen Recruiting team is responsible for all aspects of recruiting and talent management. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop recruiting strategies to attract, source, and engage the best talent
  • Utilize all sourcing methods to build a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Work with hiring teams to map out headcount needs, job descriptions, interview loops, market intelligence.
  • Talent Map and stay on top of industry trends, competitive intelligence, especially in the AI space. 
  • Build out great candidate experience at every stage of the recruiting process from start to finish.
  • Partner with talent teams from kick-off meetings to engagement to hire with your recruiting partner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of GTM recruiting experience in B2B SaaS, a strong understanding of SaaS and GTM functions 
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
  • Ability to handle multiple job openings simultaneously.
  • Strong decision-making skills.

Salary Range
$100,000- $140,000
