Business Support– JLL

What this job involves:

As a Business Support at JLL, you will play a critical role in transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions. This position combines technical expertise with analytical thinking to support facility management operations and business intelligence initiatives. You will develop sophisticated reporting tools, maintain critical monitoring infrastructure, and create data-driven recommendations that align with JLL's strategic goals. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work across multiple technology platforms while collaborating with colleagues throughout the portfolio to deliver high-impact solutions

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Gather data and establish business rules for data extraction from various systems

  • Develop and generate comprehensive reports using multiple software tools and platforms

  • Create and maintain relationship diagrams, data dictionaries, and performance data repositories

  • Design and develop databases, Excel analysis files utilizing advanced queries and formulas

  • Build automation tools for data extraction and develop analytical tools for business intelligence

  • Update and maintain wireless and wired equipment monitoring infrastructure

  • Manage PI, Top view, and SQL database configuration and data integrity

  • Create and implement site-wide Alarm Philosophy Documents and reduce alarm annunciations through systematic analysis and troubleshooting

  • Interpret key metrics to influence business behaviors and develop strategic recommendations

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering, or Finance

  • Proficiency in MS Office, SQL Server, and Google Suite applications

  • Experience with Google Docs and associated Google products

  • High degree of independence, initiative, and accountability in a high-performance, deadline-driven environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to create effective visual graphics

  • Logical thinking with exceptional attention to detail and superior problem-solving capabilities

  • Process-oriented approach with demonstrated solution development skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Facility management experience

  • Programming skills in SQL and Python

  • Project management experience with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Proven ability to work virtually with colleagues across diverse portfolios

  • Experience working with all levels of employees across various Lines of Business

Location: hybrid (3 days on site, days are flexible)

Work Shift: 8am to 4pm

Salary/Comp: 31,44$-37,58$

This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Estimated compensation for this position:

65,000.00 – 78,187.50 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
