Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a MES Business System Analyst located in Milpitas, CA.

Reporting to the Information Technology Manager, the MES Business System Analyst will be will be In-charge of for exploring complex business problems in order to solve them with automated, customized, developed and standardize systems implementations and solutions, also be in charge of designing details for automated systems and processes in order to make them more efficient. Also designing the framework and process, troubleshooting technical malfunctions, risk research working with stakeholders and delivering a solution that is viable and consistent.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Customize and implement MES (Flexflow) for new projects and customer needs.
  • Collaborate across teams for customer onboarding and solution standardization.
  • Design and integrate MES with ERP systems, test equipment, and external platforms.
  • Conduct functional and integration testing.
  • Provide L2/L3 support, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Strong programming, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • 3+ years experience with MES (Flexflow) design and Manufacturing(shopfloor) Operation support.
  • Strong Proficiency in SQL/MSSQL, SQL Reporting Services, and .NET.
  • Knowledge of system integration protocols.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • SQL Reporting Services.
  • Programming with the .NET Framework is preferred.
