What You’ll Do:

As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will be the bridge between technology and business objectives across the entire Huntress organization. You will act as a subject matter expert and strategic partner, collaborating with stakeholders in departments such as Sales, Marketing, People, Finance, and Legal. Your primary goal will be to identify, evaluate, and implement vendor technology solutions that break down silos, drive value through integrations, and solve complex business problems. You will ensure that all solutions are configured for scalability, security, supportability, and extensibility, ultimately helping Huntress grow. Responsibilities:

  • Act as a subject matter expert on business technology solutions, providing strategic guidance and recommendations to various business units.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs, pain points, and strategic goals, and translate these into clear technical requirements.
  • Build and independently develop strong relationships with stakeholders across all business units. You'll be a key connection, bridging communication gaps and building trust to understand their current and future IT system needs, pain points, and strategic goals, and translate these into clear technical requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to break down departmental silos, leveraging technology to foster collaboration and improve efficiency through integrations and shared solutions.
  • Proactively identify process improvement and optimization opportunities, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Lead the discovery, evaluation, selection, and implementation of new SaaS applications and IT systems, ensuring they align with business needs and company-wide objectives.
  • Develop and present comprehensive reports, business cases, and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Security, Finance, Legal, and technical operations teams, during the procurement and implementation of new solutions.
  • Lead the full lifecycle of IT projects, from planning and execution to monitoring and ensuring they deliver expected business value.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and best practices.
  • Promote the effective use of existing and new technologies across business units to maximize value and solve business problems.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of security best practices for SaaS environments and ensure all solutions adhere to company policies.

What You Bring To The Team:

  • 5-7+ years of experience in business analysis, solutions design, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of partnering with business stakeholders to understand needs and translating them into effective technical solutions.
  • Experience with a wide range of business applications, such as Salesforce, Workday, Gong, 6Sense, HubSpot, Marketo, and Jira.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong interpersonal relationships across departments.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Monday Work Management, Asana, Jira).
  • Familiarity with documentation and collaboration tools such as Lucid Chart, Loom, Confluence, Slack, etc.
  • Proficient in creating and maintaining documentation using tools such as Lucid Chart, Figma, Loom, Confluence, Google Docs, etc.
  • A forward-thinking, proactive mindset with a passion for leveraging technology to drive business success.
