Job Description

Business Technical Program Manager (Level 70)

Drive the future of healthcare technology as a Business Technical Program Manager within Philips Cardiology Informatics, leading strategic enterprise programs that improve outcomes for customers, clinicians, and patients. Partner with cross-functional teams, executives, and technical experts to deliver complex initiatives while helping shape the future of the PULSE program and Cardiology Informatics portfolio.

Your role:

  • Lead complex, enterprise-level healthcare IT programs from planning through implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals, customer outcomes, and operational excellence.

  • Serve as a trusted leader and strategic partner across Cardiology Informatics, collaborating with Research & Development, Information Technology, Clinical Operations, Service teams, and customer stakeholders.

  • Drive customer-focused innovation by incorporating customer feedback, operational insights, and business priorities into program strategy and execution.

  • Manage program scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies, risks, and key performance indicators to ensure successful delivery and measurable impact.

  • Foster strong cross-functional collaboration and accountability across technical and non-technical teams in a fast-paced, evolving healthcare environment.

  • Support and advance strategic initiatives related to interoperability, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, enterprise infrastructure, and imaging informatics solutions.

  • Utilize industry-standard methodologies including Agile, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), and Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) practices to improve execution and scalability.

  • Contribute to the growth and evolution of the PULSE program by helping shape best practices, operational processes, and customer engagement strategies.

You’re the right fit if:

  • You bring 8+ years of experience within Philips or a comparable healthcare technology environment, with deep knowledge of Cardiology Informatics solutions including ISCV, XPER, and IBE.

  • You have demonstrated success leading large-scale technical programs, cross-functional initiatives, or enterprise healthcare deployments.

  • You possess strong technical acumen in healthcare IT systems, interoperability, cloud technologies, SQL, infrastructure, and enterprise application environments.

  • You have experience working within Agile, SAFe, or enterprise program management environments.

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.

  • Preferred certifications include AWS Cloud Practitioner, ISCV Technical Training Program Certification, XPER Technical Training Program Certification, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent industry certifications.

  • You are passionate about mentoring, collaboration, innovation, and improving customer and patient experiences through technology.

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in AZ, AR, ID, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, NE, NM, OK, SC, SD, TN, UT, or WV is $106,000 to $171,000

The pay range for this position in AL, CO, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, ND, OH, OR, PA, TX, VT, VA, WI, or WY is $112,000 to $180,000

The pay range for this position in AK, DE, MD, NY, RI, or WA is $118,000 to $189,000

The pay range for this position in CA, CT, DC, MA, or NJ is $126,000 to $201,000

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.    

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.  Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.  Details about our benefits can be found here

At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
