Who We Are

Hyperbolic Labs is on a mission to democratize AI by breaking down the barriers to computing power with our Open-Access AI Cloud. By aggregating computing resources across the globe, we offer an innovative GPU marketplace and AI inference service that promise affordability and accessibility for all. As pioneers at the intersection of AI and open-source technology, we believe in an open future where AI innovation is limited only by imagination, not by access to resources. We're looking for forward-thinking individuals who share our passion for making AI universally accessible, secure, and affordable. Join us in building a platform that empowers innovators everywhere to turn their visionary AI projects into reality.

As we prepare for growth after our Series A, our team — led by co-founders with PhDs in AI, Math, and Computer Science — is poised to redefine computing.

About the Role

We’re seeking an Operations Specialist to support and scale the operational backbone of Hyperbolic as we grow our GPU marketplace and AI infrastructure platform. Operating at the intersection of supply, demand, and financial systems, this role is critical to ensuring the business runs efficiently and scales with discipline.

In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally with finance, go-to-market, and supply teams to build and optimize core operational processes. You’ll help stand up and refine invoicing and billing systems, support budgeting and financial tracking, and ensure strong alignment between supply availability and sales pipeline. You’ll also play a key role in onboarding new suppliers and customers, improving operational workflows, and supporting pricing strategy and GPU financing initiatives.

Additionally, you will take ownership of key financial and operational administrative functions, including applying for and managing credit lines to support business operations, as well as organizing, reviewing, and maintaining critical business documentation. This includes developing a strong understanding of contracts, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of key agreements, and helping the team stay organized and compliant as we scale.

This is a high-impact, highly dynamic role ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving complex operational problems, and wants exposure across finance, strategy, and go-to-market. Your work will directly influence how efficiently we operate, how we monetize our infrastructure, and how we scale.

Who You Are
  • 3–5 years of experience in business operations, finance, consulting, or related roles

  • Strong process orientation with the ability to build, optimize, and scale operational workflows

  • Experience supporting financial operations including invoicing, billing, budgeting, and tracking

  • Comfortable working with financial data, models, and basic analysis to support decision-making

  • Experience working cross-functionally across finance, sales, and operations teams

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously

  • Analytical problem-solver who can identify inefficiencies and implement practical solutions

  • Comfortable operating in fast-pacedstartup environments

  • Hands-on, proactive, and willing to take ownership across a wide range of responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in cloud infrastructure, data centers, GPUs, or related technical industries

  • Experience working in or supporting marketplace or supply/demand businesses

  • Familiarity with usage-based pricing models, infrastructure economics, or capacity planning

  • Experience setting up or optimizing invoicing, billing, or financial system

  • Exposure to go-to-market operations, sales pipeline management, or revenue operation

  • Interest or experience in pricing strategy, margin analysis, or GPU financing models

  • Background at early-stage or high-growth startups with a “jack-of-all-trades” scope

Hyperbolic is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
