The Call Center Representative is responsible for providing professional, courteous, and efficient customer service through inbound and outbound telephone calls, email, chat, and other communication channels. This position serves as a primary point of contact for customers, helping them with questions, account information, orders, billing inquiries, complaints, and general support needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.

Customer Service Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous customer service, call center, retail, administrative, or telephone-based experience preferred.
