Rate of Pay: The salary range for this position is $54,000 to $64,350 yearly, depending on experience and skill sets.

Job Classification: Full time, non-exempt
Schedule: Full time, 50+ hours per week during peak times

Location: Remote

Role Description

Revolution Field Strategies (RFS) is seeking talented, driven individuals for the role of Data Associate who will be responsible for managing the data, reporting, and quality control needs for doorknocking programs across the country, including extensive work with Touchstone and Google Workspace.

Data Associates will work with company leadership to ensure high-quality, innovative programs for a broad, diverse set of clients and partners.

Data Associates will report directly to Data Department Leadership. This role is remote, but the applicant may be required to travel for training purposes. Salaries for this position range from $54,000 to $64,350 yearly, based on experience and skill set.

Cycle/Project Based Full Time Position

This position is considered a Full-Time Employee meaning they are expected to work full-time (40 or more hours per week) for a defined period of time, typically the length of the project. However, RFS expects to provide extensive opportunities for successful employees and contractors to continue on with the company throughout the 2026 election season.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help to oversee and service the daily data, reporting, and quality needs of door knocking program

  • Work with the program teams on any data needs in Touchstone, such as territory groups, account creation, and general support

  • Work with the rest of data team to build and maintain tools for use by various departments

  • Assist in managing the program's daily/nightly reporting needs

  • Respond to data support requests and flags

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Must be comfortable using a computer and be able to pick up and understand new software quickly

  • Ability and willingness to maintain a flexible work schedule, which can be expected to require 50+ hours per week

  • Must possess a cell phone, laptop, and reliable internet connection (no chromebooks)

  • Experience or ability to utilize Google Workspace

Plus Qualifications

  • Experience working with VoteBuilder/VAN, though that could include volunteer canvassing on a campaign, and does not necessarily require prior experience in a data-focused role

  • A thorough, detail-oriented work style that avoids mistakes

Essential Physical Requirements

  • As this is a remote position, the individual in this position must be able to communicate with colleagues and partners via phone, including conference and video calls, as well as written communication such as email.

  • The position requires the ability to attend occasional in-person events throughout the year which may encompass all or part of the work day.

  • This position requires vision/hearing abilities.
